Eco-friendly service
Cleaning Bees cares about the environment. Our goal is to provide high quality cleaning services while minimizing waste and harmful environmental impacts. We always try to group scheduled appointments based on location to minimize the carbon imprint. We do not use any disposable or paper towels. Instead, we use three color-coded sets of reusable rags, each designated to clean a specific area (kitchen – yellow, bathroom blue, and living areas – green). The rags are washed and disinfected after each use. We use mostly all eco-friendly supplies. Based upon request, we can use all non-toxic cleaning products.
Quality assurance
Our cleaners work in teams with a team leader supervising performance and service quality. Cleaning teams are assigned to specific clients. This allows our staff to get to know the clients, their cleaning standards and personal preferences, and to ensure service consistency. Your assigned cleaning team will always arrive with a detailed checklist for the day. Our managers conduct random site inspections, either while the cleaning team is present or later that day, to ensure that everything is performed to your expectations. We frequently email service satisfaction surveys to our clients. All service-related questions or concerns are welcome at any time.
